Walter has experience with more than 2,500 man-years projects execution during last 30 years in the train -, industrial automation - and telecom – industries.
He was in senior management positions as director of sales, product and project management with responsibility for results, and also as a member of the executive board.

Walter has been dedicated and responsible senior manager (up to 350 employees) in a worldwide organization, an effective leader and communicator with a strong focus on results and efficiency.

The development of teams and individuals is the key for success for him.

He has special expertise in:

• Optimization and development of corporate and project organization.
• Definition of the development process with requirements management, design, development and testing.
• The structuring and development of products and systems including test strategy and test automation.
• Implementation of methods, new structures and processes to strengthen the project.
• Knowledge of railway technology in the area of safety systems with ERTMS, SIL4, Interlocking, Radio Block Centre, ERTMS Onboard, LZB, PZP, ATB, safe HMI and TCMS.
